The Deadline for Filing Proofs of Claims was extended to March 3, 2014, pursuant to the Court’s Order Resetting Bar Date for Filing Non-Governmental Proofs of Claims, and Denying MQIC’s Expedited Motion for Order Declaring That Its Proof(s) of Claim Can Stand in for Those of its Members [Doc #650].  Included in Trustee's Third Status Report were detailed instructions for how to complete the Proof of Claim Form and how to get it filed with the Court. Any claim filed after the deadline set of March 3, 2014 will not receive any distribution from this estate.
